1. Richard Court is extremely well connected in China. 2. Mal is an old school WA Inc knock about type character & not the polished performer like Mr Court. Mal had a place in getting it up and to where it is now, but we need a different type of chairman going forward. Mals history & connections will continue to be an asset to the board. 3. The move to exert more influence by Kerry Stokes via Ryan Stokes is a very important & strategic move & signal. I think this proves we are now going to the next level with this company. 4. Alwyn has had a long & distinguished career with RIO and other miners both here & in his native Sth Africa. He is a very competent person to have running the company & an asset to the board.
