That video clip is about growing mc and distribution channels. The issue about supply to patients, since it has been legalised, under prescription, federally already, is a state issue. That is, the states still have differing laws about the supply of medicinal cannabis oil, and this will no doubt affect the rate of cph's sales in Australia, which will vary from state to state, depending on the regulations and requirements.
DeNatali of course, does not mention that slight complication.
