Federally, import and prescription have been legalised. That is a positive. The issue is that the states all have different laws about the ease of writing those prescriptions. That is why we are seeing a solid difference between prescription rates in various states, as mentioned. Once we are talking about state laws, the level of complexity goes up a notch.
Really a good thing that CPH has international exposure, because I can't see solid revenues being generated in Australia quickly. Not yet, anyway.
Let's see what any new legislation brings to the table.
