it is for WES- Bunnings can't go over 50% market share and that is the law.
there was a lot of rubbery figures presented to the ACCC last time well before the Masters fiasco, and WES just scrapped through, but not this time .
at least it gives independents like Mitre 10 a reason to be happy.
