Being an old dedicated surfer, i have frequented Bali many times and the Sari Club has allways been our meeting point.
Allthough not many Balinese are allowed inside the club there are allways many Indo's hanging around outside trying to sell goods or drive the tourists back to their hotel. I would say at the time of blast there would have to be 50 or so locals hanging around outside.
So where are the casualties?
Last I heard, except for the staff, there are zero killed.
