It reinforces few simple facts we know. 1)Graphite is valuable,eventually indispnsable. 2)Uley is a Jewel (still in the rough) 3)Uley will be developed to be a major global supplier,regardless of whoever partner we end up with. 4)The current MC of SER is a fraction of what it will be in a couple of years when we are nearing production. 5)SER is a stock to hold for decades to come,not just to make quick profit on a good announcement.
