Karn spent a while down there with the company and has obtained a wealth of knowledge that I believe is represented quite well in the report.
What you are going to be reading is what amounts to discussions with management & the guys at the coal face. Numbers are rough estimations and calculations of those are not provided.
The exact figures are something I expect the company to report on in the near future.
