Don’t mean to be contrarian @arsenic but my research differs to your assertion that Cherie Leeden had some Equity ownership of Hog Ranch and vended it to Rxm.
Hog Ranch has had numerous owners, Platora West,Eli Gold,W.M.C.,Romarco, Seabridge ect.
Hog Ranch Group is an Australian private company formed in 2013, it has eight shareholders and it was formerly Cedar River Group.
Hog Ranch Minerals was incorporated on 1st April 2014, this is the company that Rxm acquired the full operational control of Hog Ranch.
None of the above mentions Cherie Leeden as owner,shareholder or control. Cherie was an employee of WMC as are many others currently involved with Rxm.

Thought there would have been some comments about United Super ( CBus) increasingly their holdings from 6.1% to 8.1%.
