have also purchased more Gyp. can't see any issues at all with key appointments at the top end to demonstrate to potential partners you know what you are doing and are ready to hit the ground running. can't think of any infrastructure project where absence of key appointments was regarded well by any client assessing an organisation's ability to deliver.
