The headline is $11 billion to be spent. Fine print says that only $1.7b in the forward estimates- so mostly after 2028.
The general purpose frigates for Austal is after frigates have been built overseas and has to be after capex spend at Henderson.
More reading to do. Open mind towards buying back in or not.
