I went to the hearing today, is was an exciting ten minutes - only some of what I expected happened.
Expected - Richard tried to represent SIS - no legal representation.
Expected - The Justice said he hadn't given Richard leave to speak for Richard to sit down
( this is similar to another hearing I was at involving Richard )
Expected - An adjournment - to March 11th @11am
( yes I will be there as well )
Expected - Richards look of hate when he saw a colleague and myself at the back of the Courtroom
Expected - This is the last adjournment - the Justice will make a decision on the 11th
Expected - Claims there are funds coming to pay the overdue account.
UNEXPECTED - from Richard - who is unrepresented - said - your honor there are two people in the back of the court that are here to gain inside information about the company - can you remove them from the court ?
JUSTICE - before we go into that - I haven't given you leave to address me - Richard sit down.
We were not ejected or removed from the Court Room.
UNEXPECTED - There was a woman sitting in front of us taking notes about the proceedings.
Out side the Courtroom I introduced myself - she said she was from another Government Department and wasn't as liberty to say which one.
It seems I'm not the only one watching these shenanigans.
