This morning hearing and events was quite bizarre.
Richard wasn't at the hearing.
Again no legal representation.
The funds are in the bank waiting to be cleared.
Richard is apparently overseas.
The person who represent Richard & Sino Investment Services was
a Mr Pong - as it turns out Mr Pong is Eric Pong and is or was working for GoConnect.
He was or is in finance and accounts
When the Judge asked Mr Pong who he was - he said he was a friend of Richards.
He was asked why he was there and he said Richard asked him to be there.
He asked Mr Pong to take a seat.
The case was obviously adjourned - there will be another hearing on April 1st
And interesting date indeed.
AND YES - our Government friend was there again today.
