All this stuff about Russell being right or wrong is so much nonsense which is what I'd expect from the likes of mouse scroogy and some others.

Russell has two big advantages.

1) He's old
2) He's smart

He's old enough to have seen markets come and go. Many on this site, still wet behind the ears, not to mention many professional financial advisors have never even seen a real bear market.

He's smart enough to know that noone can be a guru where the markets are concerned. He just tells it as he sees it from the benefit of his long experience.

If you take the words of any market commentator as gospel, you deserve to lose your money.
