    never seen a director sell as many shares in his own company as this guy.
    he is prolific.

    why? to exercize options!!
    sell what was free to convert free options into shares so he can sell more shares to convert more free options.

    anyone notice the cycle here???

    at least one GDN shareholder is making money.
