richardson is moving on

Thundelarra announces the resignation of the Company’s Exploration Director, Mr Brian Richardson,
to pursue other business interests. Mr Richardson’s resignation will be effective from 29 June 2012.
Thundelarra’s Chairman Mr Malcolm Randall thanked Mr Richardson for his excellent contribution to
the development of the Company over the last 12 years. Mr Randall, whilst disappointed at Brian’s
departure, said that he is leaving Thundelarra in a very strong position, with JORC resources
calculated at three of its advanced copper, base metal and uranium project interests in Western
Australia and the Northern Territory
