Cheers was replying to an earler message regarding the Government wanting a stake in all new mining activities and was probably the cause of the delay. The current mining licence for Richland covers the Graphite and for KNL to get a licence they will have to have a government partner in order to mine the Graphite. The Government will have to compensate KNL for work already carried out as they have with Richland.
