STAMICO was only created for the purpose of protecting and controlling Tanzanite nothing else .
regards to your Q. why is STAMICO linked into our JV with Richland ?
i think it's very clear , Tanzanite is in KNL ground and that it is only legally mineable with STAMICO in JV.
