Rick had to go. There weren't enough pencils to be sharpened between the two of them.
Sciano: "Hey, where are a my pencils?"
RdB: "Oh, I grabbed some of yours - I'm sharpening them!"
Sciano: "Rick, um listen.. I think it might be time for you to go..."
RdB: "Um, OK"
At least you just halved the cost each sharpened pencil...
