Ramp up issues happen. 3000lbs in the scheme of things is NOT a 'significant outage' IMO. I guess you could think about it this way... the 3000lbs we didn't mine whilst the outage occurred are still in the ground to sell at (much higher) future prices - whilst we plugged the 3000lb shortage on the spot market at lower than current production cost...
Rose coloured/tinted glasses maybe... whatever you used to call them.....
