Obviously some people want to keep the price down. There are always some very small trades at close that could have been made anytime during the day. These trades make it look like LIN stock is always having a bad day.
possibly some parties want to discourage holders and push them to sell at a discount. Or maybe it's Duma who wants to prove his point
