I have bought in on this basis too. Unfortunately nearly bought just before the announcement. I think it is a win win situation for both companies and I think STU was undervalued prior to the announcement anyway. Wet weather affected them badly last year and they have new reserves plus the gas potential which would have been very attracti ve to sxy.
