Don't disagree with you KL....but insto's normally have a governance process that determines where/how/who they invest in. It is more than likely that a few more "formal" milestones are required before this happens.
SI's are the smart money....I think Jaded inferred this and has one of his mates looking to see who's buying / seller.
Some 'ticks' on the board could drive significant momentum. There are people looking and engaging - known fact.
