Agree with your comments oracle. I bought this stock on the basis that it was fully funded and no more placments were required. the placement explains the weak share price in recent weeks.

however as a positive getting such a large placement away at a good price suggests SMY have a strong project. SMY didnt need to give away much of a discount to get the placement away which is a good sign.
