riddle within a mystery inside an enigma....

Here is something I cannot find answer for...
So simple, yet so inexplicably mysterious....

MEO went on a voluntary suspension until things are sorted out with one of the two -seemingly- unyielding Artemis Pertners. They are (partners) MOG and CUE.
When MEO asked for a trading halt on Monday, many shareholders (MEO-MOG-CUE) were wondering, why are MOG and CUE still trading? Should they not be on T.H also, since they are directly linked to the Artemis Joint Venture Prospect with MEO?

The answer was supposedly found easily.
It's MEO who is holding all negotiations with the Farminee, MOG-CUE are not directly effected and therefore no T.H is required, or even warranted....

Really?
What about now? If there is anyone who is DIRECTLY involved in the negotiations and ultimately agreeing (or not)to the signing of the Final Farminee Agreement, IS one of the two 15% holders of the Artemis prospect, (since MEO has already agreed (apparently) and signed the Agreement with the Farminee). Either MOG, or more likely CUE...

So WHY are MOG-CUE allowed to still trade?
Don't you think it's a very valid, logical and legitimate question that requires an answer?.....

Here is why: The ones closely linked with the (as yet) intractable "Junior", already know what they will do,what their decision is in relation to signing or not, BUT the market does not....They -suspicions are allowed to thrive- and their inner circle can act accordingly,since they are well informed. However Investors can only make TOTALLY UNINFORMED decisions, because they have not been told anything officially.
Should not the ASX ask of them to immediately cease trading and go on a Trading Halt?

After all we live, breath, invest and trade in a totally transparent FOR ALL environment...Or do we????
