The only question on my mind, is what were MEO thinking, in not wrapping up these side agreements sooner?

Unless these side agreements only came about at the last minute by the PF (unlikely given the agreement was mainly finalised in October), MEO should have known well in advance and adequately planned to get all side agreements finalised as soon as possible.


Its only been 5 months.

Although my reading on this issue, seems to be a last minute change of heart of the JV partner. IMHO still should have been finalised well in advance.
