Epaka, I appreciate your hypothesis (not 100% factual, hence Hypothesis).
It's true MEO's 70% of Artemis is MEO's and ONLY MEO's.
MEO can do whatever (under certain conditions, of-course....) they want with it.
However, No farminee in their right mind, especially not one of International Behemothic proportions, will farm-into anything IF "some problems" appear to be unresolved with MEO's junior Partners....
IF, as you insinuate, the Junior partners 30% of Artemis was entirely irrelevant, or unconnected to the Farming In (and out) Agreement, why do you think the PF (it's obvious its them, NOT MEO) is insisting that Both "Juniors" are agreeing to the Signing of "Some Kind of an agreement"?
Please.....Use a bit of Lateral thinking. It's abundantly clear now that there is an inextricable connection between the three Artemis Partners, hence the PF's DEMANDING they (both MOG-CUE) sign an Agreement of some sort (call it Side Agreement).
To put it simply: No MOG-CUE (one of them is the unyielding one, CUE?) agreeing to the Terms offered by the PF to them (and MEO) NO FINALISATION OF THE MEO-PF Agreement.
