I was not one bit making the point the side agreements are not related or connected to the farm in agreement being signed. Clearly they are, the announcement says that clearly and my previous message says there is a connection: either by way of reference in the farm agt in or simply because either MEO or PF(prob PF) says they are a pre-requisite for signing the farm in agt.

My point of clarification is that CUE MEO do not have to see the farm in agreement because they havent been asked to sign it. They have only been asked to sign a side agreement - so clearly they must see that.
