Don, do you really think they will agree to sign, without closely reading, analysing the content, the document, the agreement, of what they are signing?
If that is the case, why one of the two junior partners is (was atleast until yesterday) refusing to sign the AGREEMENT (it's an agreement, even if it's called "side agreement" or whatever)?
Because it's his nature to be intractable? Stubborn?
No. He (CUE or MOG) wants more. He wants to negotiate for a better deal.....Negotiations my friend are the essence, the core of any agreement....
