If PTD can't make it from current levels, with all its US patents in by early next year, and US royalty streams established, then it's never gonna do it. Close to achieving its milestones now, only needs to get the US royalty contracts and it can't fail to improve from here.
Of course, it does need to get the US royalty streams it keeps yapping about..... otherwise it's curtains.....
