With regard to those strange trades in PSA, if you look back on HC's posts about ARQ this was occurring in ARQ's shares late last year. ARQ was being sold down on small volumes at the end of the day. This action has to be insto's, small time traders pay too much brokerage to make this worthwhile and are too small to influence anything anyway.
Anyway markets about to open, ARQ looking at a $1.90 open. Good luck with PSA hopefully it can repeat what happened to ARQ after all those shenanigans were over, my only issue with PSA is the liquidity.
