    What a strange request mate .

    I bought an old humpy in the 90's and one of the bank conditions was to repair internal ceilings but they gave me 12 months after purchase to do this but then again I was only borrowing 55k on a 70 k purchase but I still found it a strange request .
    That was also through SGB .
