No sorry i disagree, when i was researching (theres that word again) biotechs i quickly realised that delays are pretty common place.
And since we are dealing with govt bodies on top of that they didnt really surprise me.

Im not defending them capt but despite what you think alot of delays are out of there control.
ie mexico, bioscreens but some are like oraline 8 would have been handy to have that out now wouldnt it
