Guys im not defending the board, you have seen my comments and whilst i believe they need to pull there fingers out and get somebody if they havent you is an expert in chinese relations trying to fix this now is not the time to call an egm.
Theres no use declaring we want answers if theres none to give.
Also if they are in the middle of other partnership/licensing talks we will be a laughing stock if we call an egm as it will jepordise any potential deals.

We need to give them time to give us an explanation.
And tell us (by mid april as tehy have stated) about any partnerships.

If they dont give us an explanation or its not satisfactory plus no deals etc
then the gloves are off in my view.

Again not defending them and i do believe somebody needs to be brought on board now but lets not get carried away just yet.
