Hi Mon,

No the plant upgrade was for New Jersey so we could produce enough membranes for SIYI.
I still fi nd sputnciks photo's interesting.

At the end of the day if SIYI arent talking to us the board need to get off there collective backsides and engage an expert in the fiedl of chinese relations to either.

A) try and kiss and make up if we have upset them

or

B) try and get some sort of feel if tehy are upto no good.

The clock is ticking on the board in my view
