All due respect to the Chinese Harvett, but sometimes their choice of words and interpretation can become confused and misinterpretation occurs.
I have read many English documents prepared by Chinese, and other non speaking nationalities, and they can easily be lost due to incorrect meanings.
On the other hand, some are downright comical.
