ridiculous renumeration

Can someone please explain to me why the shareholders are tolerating the current executive directors? Their renumeration at present is not justifiable by any measure or indicator. Not on the basis of the asset acquisition history; not on the basis of the sales of assets history [ they lost millions on the sale of the retail in QLD]; not on the performance of the share price; not on the dividend yeild [calculated in real terms]; not on the basis of corporate intelligence [look at the disastorous fallout with a recent share pacement at 90cents when the share price was $1.14, the share price went in freefall because in a volatile market the company's real NTA was undersold - therefore shareprice today 44cents not at least $1]

This is not a difficult company to operate. why is there no shareholder revolt and dump the over priced mismanagers? Surely we can get someone better at 25% of the $2million plus they each pay themselves.
