gordbot, very good list. The comment about lack of development progress is damning. You could add to the undeveloped and illiqudity point that shares in businesses like this are the ones that can get absolutely smashed in any kind of financial crisis or big market sell down - 1- no earnings or even timeframe for earnings 2 - no buyers 3 - everyone hitting sell at once. So being prudent this is a speculative stock that one should only buy on assumption of holding for 1+ years. Same analysis applies to many other similar stocks.
