i think the chinese will increase their offer after 02. February because they will never get 50% of KAH shares.

The U-sentiment has changed. we have seen the lowest SP some weeks before. So the chinese practice/tactics, to sit and wait wont be sucssesful in this situation. Another poster here has described a scenario (increasing 10%, "lucky number" with an "8" at the last digit) which is realistic for me. The chinese has promised the namib government the blue sky. So they must do something to avoid to lose their face.

Interesting, that less important resources are well paid in TO situations and a huge world wide strategic resource including the PTM is a object of a low ball offer games!
