Not that I like this settlement but I could live with the decision to keep at least some of the loan agreements alive. However, letting these white collar @#%@ from Great Southern off the hook is simply unacceptable. They lied and cheated to get our money and then spent it at their leisure. And now they get rewarded with a settlement??? They belong to JAIL.
Bendigo and Adelaide Bank were negligent in underwriting these loans without checking the credentials of the borrower and should not get all of their money and interest back.
This is not justice - this is ridiculous
