re: where's the downside risk ?? There is no good reason why Mincor could not be capable of emulating Consolidated Minerals recent success in gaining the rights to a handful of juniors and all the potential of those exploration juniors being unlocked.
Piles of cash have a way of generating more and more piles of cash. Mincor should be planning the next stage of growth. If they don't the instos will continue to offload.
