if its a world class project with oftake agreements in place and coal price riding high - they would have no probs attracting investors and sophisticates at 30 - 40 cents this is just laziness on their parts and screwing over the longterm holders who have been keeping the seat warm rsoles really for manipulating the price this way... keeping it down for their buddies....
