its pretty clear that the market does not believe the Board Div announcement. To be honest - how can they pay 3.5c if they are in negative cashflow? the only way would be out of cash in bank and why would they use that for divds instead of retiring debt -
on the contrary how can the Board say "anticipate" to pay the div and 4 days later change their mind - what really would have changed in that time.
no idea what to do - so I am staying out
