the negative cashflow is only a provision in regards a dispute on a contract, so its more an accounting issue than actual cashflow issue.
it is important to remember the company is still going to make more money than it did last year, and with significant government infrastructure spending in areas's of SSM's expertise expect them to pick up some substantial contracts in the coming years especially in regards the national broadband network.
the shareprice is now testing the lows from yesterday of 23c where it bounced off, judging by the build up of buy orders there is no shortage of people willing to get in around the 23c level.
