If you invest in MAE you are not just investing in the asset you are investing in the managment a great asset in poor hands is still useless. There have been plenty of great companies with proven strong assets bases that have been destroyed by poor managment.
If you buy simply because of the gas with no consideration for the managment IMHO you are asking to loose money.
