Hi VG and all

Going on the balance sheet at June 30, 2011 the comapny has net sssets of $75m which tops previous estimates.

Personally, the net assets thing is OK but I figure that the earning potnetial is what will determine the ultimate 'SP'.

I also figure that the enviro bonds are included in the current cash blance its just that they are 'dedicated' and will be 'freed up'.

Lots of swings and roundabouts.

A lots changed since last June 30 and this company is really undervalued regrdless of which way you want to crunch the numbers.

I figure its cheap as chips whatever way you look at it.
