Yes JI you are right, it is milestone based. If you were paying a builder to renovate your house for a lot of money you would make it milestone based and in fact all standard building contracts include stage based payments, as does the renovation I am having down right now. I for one am happy that the government is paying out $66 million (including some of my hard earned) based on concrete milestones. I was just having a whinge that's all.

Its still a prety sad old industry here in Aus. GDY has hit new lows, PTR another capital raising - PAX seems to be the bright spot in the industry at the moment.
