Agreed. EBITDA was projected to be $500m at depth of GFC. They only used price of under USD 60 for 68.3% concentrate at the time.
They apparently got two offers at beginning of decade; one from Chinese partner and one from NMDC (forgot which post I mentioned offer price)
Even a complete farm out for lump cash sum with combination of royalties plus use of Rio transport infrastructure would be nice
