I suspect this move not about the rotation to value so much as something being afoot that we don't know about. I'm thinking one or two big players with plans or who have heard about rumours about plans are buying.
And when I say "plans" I mean a takeover or joint venture etc....
RIC has been about 25% of my modest portfolio, so I can't complain. Though I sold a parcel last week and its killing me!
