I would think if they have a target figure required from the cap raising Sparky then we will need to see some sort of run, either legitimate buyers or manipulated, in order to achieve their result, my guess of around .25c average would give them 10 million (with 20% discount taken into account), unfortunately it is a neccessary evil, they need the cash, when they will do it remains the unanswered question, I expect it to be done before Panakawa spuds but there is nothing to say they will not wait and if they are going to drill Panakawa North do it then before the second spud and hopefully glean some extra capital from the results of Panakawa, they may not even drill Panakawa North so the funds may not be needed urgently and it could be done before the Talisman wells or on the back of seismics.
