They originally stated 5 days to site (I think) so a few days from Townsville to Port Moresby, a cursory customs check and a few days to Panakawa would be in line with what you say Pihrana. There was another vessel to travel with it loaded with gear, drill mud, casing etc so I assume (and that is all it is) that it was in port waiting for the Hiri Chief as well.
